After a very beautiful stay at the Satyanandashram in Greece with an enthusiastic group from the Netherlands and Germany in 2024 we will go again in 2025.

Would you like to join us next year for our next Yogic Lifestyle Experience?

We will go from Wednesday 30 April 2025 to Wednesday 7 May 2025. Weather permitting, an afternoon on the beach is planned. All lessons will be in English.

What to expect.
A deepening of your yoga path, more insights into a yogic lifestyle and life in an ashram. Yoga in its (almost) completeness. Classes, workshops, lectures, satsang, ceremonies, mantra, karma yoga and seva, creativity, delicious vegetarian food, the luxury of a simple life….

I would love to hear if you would like to come along and join the group.

The ashram is located near Athens in the hills. A peaceful setting with excellent teachers and the possiblility to be in touch with a living yoga tradition that has its origins in classical yoga of the Bihar School of Yoga.

Before or after, you could take a few days’ holiday somewhere on a beautiful Greek island as I do.

Cost
